How much will it cost?
As lifestyle financial planners we focus on planning your finances not selling you products, unlike many independent financial advisers.
We therefore charge fees based upon the time we spend working with and for you.
Many other firms charge an initial fee for investment advice of between 1% and 3% (some even more). We think this is unfair because the amount of time involved providing advice for a £100k investment would not be ten times the time required for a £10k investment. So why should the fee be ten times more?
We believe that charging for our time represents better value for money than charging a percentage of money
invested. We offer a simple, time recorded hourly rate option or a menu of fixed fees, based on our hourly rate.
Please note that we do charge a small percentage for funds under management, which pays for the cost of monitoring and reviewing the investment portfolio as well as managing the investment risk.
